Le Colline, an innovative entertainment & retail centre, will rise just a short distance from the Arena, perfectly connected to the green urban areas. A unique concept in which entertainment fuses with greenery, commerce and restaurants, offering an alternative place for the city. The two
upper floors are totally dedicated to retail, entertainment and restaurants. The main front of the building, characterised by a game of inclined pillars, welcomes the visitor with its portico and the adjacent square dedicated to the events. Pedestrian routes and an urban park organised with entertainment centre able to merge with nature while maintaining a strong identity.
