Refurbishing to give new life. Today, the 16,000 sqm complex dating to the 1980s appears to be embraced by a white and red ribbon, which lights up at dusk as if it were a lantern. A dynamic and unique thread amazes and captures the attention thanks to an irregular play of diamond shapes. A fascinating and functional choice, this double skin is a naturally ventilated wall which is able to significantly limit heat loads and consequently reduce energy costs.
Interior spaces are characterised by strong shades of green, softened with white and by the aluminium used for the common areas and internal routes. The illuminating and sound absorbing suspended panels, which are also white and green, liven up the entire shopping area.
