New headquarters after 35 years; a more compact and efficient structure which necessarily implies a large transformation in the organization and definition of the new modus operandi. All the employees were consulted and involved in the choices by the architects and by the company management thus fully involved in this change process. The new five-storey headquarters has been designed to facilitate communication between the different departments creating more scenarios in which to work efficiently and enjoyably. The light, true leader of the intervention, highlights the coloured gaps along the corridors which, through large panels, focus on the activities carried out by the company and the editorial products proposed.
