The new stadium will provide the city with an innovative structure in line with the highest standards of functionality and security set by UEFA. The architectural concept recreates a strong and symbiotic relationship with the context: water has inspired the sinuous and supple shapes of the landscape that surrounds the stadium and the traditional arcades are revisited creating a path that is totally permeable and accessible. The new stadium will also host complementary activities such as the team museum, shops and restaurants, transforming it in an active space every day.
