The client, a family of four, owner of two small neighboring housing units, wanted to create a single apartment to use as their own home. It was therefore a question of responding to a rich functional program in a small space, obtaining at least two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dressing room and a pantry; furthermore an integral part of the requests was a complete and complex technological equipment: Radiant heating system and ducted air conditioning system also managed remotely through an Airzone App and over all centralized rack entertainment system consisting of a 5.1 dolby surround audio / video system in the hall environment and an independent multiroom audio system in each environment also managed by an App on mobile devices.
