Tesvikiye Diamonds project will be realized in the most valuable land of Istanbul with a sales price of 1 billion 764 million TL. In this project, which is located in a region adjacent to many reference points between Nişantaşı and Beşiktaş, as Uzunefe Architecture, our basic principle was producing a project that would add value to the region.
The project which the Bosphorus Bridge – with a unique view in the historical peninsula range has; 86 units 1 + 1, 144 units 2 + 1, 36 units 3 + 1, 12 4 + 1, 8 4 + 2 duplex, 2 5 + 2 penthouse housing type, 24 restaurants, 1 supermarket, concert hall for 1100 people, 2 semi-olympic swimming pools, 4 infinity pools, 2250 cars for parking garage, 45 cars for open parking, 6 x (fitness, plates, cinema, ps, game rooms) 4 male-female baths, basketball and tennis courts, 4 terrace cafes, 2 garden cafes and dry cleaning, places of worship and daycare center.
