Il concept nasce e si sviluppa da un'idea di composizione sia geometrica che cromatica. In primo luogo sono state analizzate le caratteristiche comuni a entrambe le stanze tipo e a partire da queste sono stati individuati due volumi: il primo evidenziato in arancione che costituisce il bagno e il secondo in bianco che costituisce la camera vera e propria. In una seconda fase si è proceduto ad uno studio dettagliato degli ambienti e degli arredi, in modo tale da rendere il concept adattabile per ogni tipologia di stanza presente all'interno dell'ostello. Successivamente è stato inserito un ulteriore volume costituito da un controsoffitto che emana luce indiretta ed è rimodulabile in base alle dimensioni delle stanze. Per quanto riguarda la scelta dei materiali e degli arredi, osservando che dai dati rilevati la maggior parte dell'utenza provenga dal Nord Europa, si è optato per una soluzione moderna e minimalista, tipica dei paesi nordici, intervallata a tratti da sprazzi di colore che vogliono essere richiamo alla vivace hall di Firenze mettendo in relazione i due ambienti e creando continuità.

The concept was born and developed from an idea of ​​both geometric and chromatic composition. The characteristics common to both type rooms were analyzed and from these, two volumes were identified: the first highlighted in orange which constitutes the bathroom and the second in white which constitutes the hostel room. In a second phase we proceeded to a detailed study of the environments and furnishings, to make the concept adaptable to any type of room inside the hostel. Subsequently, an additional volume was added, consisting of a false ceiling that gives off indirect light and can be reshaped according to the size of the rooms. Regarding the choice of materials and furnishings, noting that most of the users come from Northern Europe from the data collected, we opted for a modern and minimalist solution, typical of the Nordic countries, interspersed with colors that are a reference to the lively hall of the Florence hostel, by relating the two environments and creating continuity.
