We have transformed this compact apartment of 65 sq.m with a fractional layout into a common space, with only the bedroom area separated.

The curtains of intense electric blue color have become the main motif of the entire apartment and also successfully performed as zoning elements. Vivid color accents are balanced out by the restrained, almost monochrome, base of the apartment.

The wide engineered planks have performed as the flooring solution for the entire apartment. But for the kitchen and the bathroom areas, we have decided to give up standard tiles in favor of breccia – fragments of broken marble with polymer grout-filled joints. 

The space has become brighter and airier while maintaining some rigor.
