L'obiettivo di questo progetto è stato quello della ricerca della luce e del suo fluire dilatando gli spazi. I principali elementi di pregio erano andati persi con la ricostruzione degli anni ’50 a seguito dei bombardamenti della II guerra mondiale. La totale ridistribuzione degli spazi inizia con l’apertura dei due archi che conferiscono una connessione alle due parti della zona giorno, favorendo l’ingresso della luce naturale e creando un perfetto blend tra l’antico e il moderno.
Gli elementi di arredo progettati su misura, creano un trait d'union tra le due anime della casa. Una zona notte è posta sopra al salone. Viene resa riservata grazie alla vetrata a tutta altezza e all’uso dei tendaggi che rendono questo spazio, come il resto degli ambienti, flessibile e aperto ma all’occorrenza intimo.

The core target of the project was to search for the light and its flow to broaden spaces. The primary valuable works disappeared with the reconstruction which took place in the 50s as a result of the the 2nd World War bombing. The complete spaces reallocation starts from the opening of two arches, giving the idea of connection of the two sides of living area. Thanks to this, it was possible to take advantage of the natural light and create a perfect blend between the old and the modern. The pieces of furniture were tailor made, offering a trait d'union between the two souls of the house. The bedroom is located on the first floor above the hall. The floor-to-ceiling window and the curtains offer a open but at the same time intimate character to this space as it happens for the rest of the apartment.
