With great pleasure we completed a photo shoot covering three apartments and surrounding areas of Gasiorowskich 4 residental building in city center of Poznan, Poland.
The building is located near the Poznań International Trade Fair and the Main Railway Station.
This housing and service building at ul. Gasiorowskich 4 is last year's implementation of Budimex Group. It has 253 apartments, 2 commercial premises, 256 garage spaces in the underground and three bicycle rooms. The building has four staircases with elevators.
Due to the strategic location near the Poznań International Fair, many of the apartments are managed by short-term rental operators like Renters.pl
Gasiorowskich 4 is designed by the CDF Architects Studio from Poznan. It's modern but thanks to the materials used it fits well into the historic buildings of old Lazarus district.
The construction was awarded with the title "Construction of the Year 2018" (1st degree award) by the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians
