Individual modern house with a total area of 199.81 m2 is built in a plot near forest.

Main rooms overlook the courtyard and beautiful forest landscapes.

Compact Architectural volume includes all rooms and functional areas necessary for a comfortable life. The building is functionally divided into two parts with separate entrances. First part includes bedrooms, single space of the kitchen-dining room and living room with access to the terrace, also technical rooms. The second part is 65 m2 garage for owners motosport hobby.

Natural and long lasting materials are used for exterior finishing. The stone facades are combined with Cor-Ten rusted steel and emalit glass, which look harmoniously next to the panoramic glazing. Outdoor terrace has aluminium shading elements and integrated fireplace for creating cozy atmosphere.

The interior of the house is in harmony with the Architecture of the building and the surrounding landscape. Modern interior combines strict geometry of shapes and lines with a bright palette of natural wood, which is contrasting black color details and elements.
