Devon House is located in St Katharine's Dock, overlooking the River Thames, and was built in 1989. The building was completely refurbished internally with a new reception area and external terrace to maximise the riverside location and views. The reimagined building is designed to attract both traditional City tenants and newer, more innovative start-up companies.
