In a classic neighborhood of the City of Buenos Aires, which is in full transformation and with a lot of potential, we projected a building with a flexible program: housing, apt professional and a commercial ground floor. We rethink the spaces to live from the inside layout to the design of the facades. We generate a modern, simple, rhythmic and warm image. Not knowing if one is at home or in the workplace is part of the reality of these times. That is what the architecture of this building is about, to show, on the one hand, the need of a conceptual / constructive synthesis and, on the other, to respond to the superposition and complexity of the current life.
