Tel- Aviv beach house | Shira Lavi BD

The house is located in the north of Tel Aviv and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The building divided into four floors.

The renovation was related on one hand to the love of the family for hospitality and cooking together and on the other hand, the planner's desire to give a sense of space, comfort, and peace. Resulting in a place where daily life is enlivened.

The kitchen designed extends over 15 meters long so there is enough place to cook together. The air conditioning system was assembled at the top of the kitchen and is hidden by the kitchen-compatible carpentry work, so we didn't have to use the plaster ceiling on the main floor and were able to gain maximum height and space.

We've placed a 3 meters long dining table facing the kitchen, so it can easily sit around 14 people. Next to the dining area, we have chosen a comfortable and inviting sitting area.

So, in a relatively small area of 60 square meters, we managed to accommodate three functions in maximum comfort and spacious possible.

The master bedroom bathroom is separated with a smoked glass partition, the shower itself is located adjacent to the glass front overlooking the sea. So anyone in the shower can watch the sea view, but he cannot be seen from the outside.

All the materials selected in the project are practical and easy to maintain in everyday life. The monochromatic color palette keeps the attention of the space to the blue of the sea and the sky visible from anywhere in the house.
