The 25hours hotel is best described as the lovechild of a French bohemian and a German engineer. Located in an area of Düsseldorf that is characterized by a rich French heritage, the hotel concept is inspired by the mixture of German functionality and French finesse. The hotel, which will be the tallest building in the area (known as the Quartier Central) has been given the name “Das Tour”: the tower. The hotel is intended to serve as the new quarter’s living room, where travelers and locals can meet in an organic, analogue setting. The brand focuses on individuality, authenticity, and character. The hotel idea is characterized by personality and a charming relaxed service, that seeks to find the answers to the demands of urban, cosmopolitan travelers. The 17 storeys are home to 198 rooms in a variety of categories and themes. The 24 rooms on the south side of the building feature their own balconies and French bathtubs. The generously designed spa area on the 14th floor, which was designed with inspiration from the Tour de France, also offers a rain shower on the balcony. The culinary heart of the hotel, The Paris Club, spans the upper two floors. While the restaurant on the 16th floor invites you to stop for lunch or dinner the bar on the 17th floor will win you over with exquisite drinks and spectacular panoramic view. The bicycle workshop in the hotel lobby is a nod to German engineering and offers bikes and accessories for mobile residents of the city. Another eye-catcher is the kiosk, designed in a French style. Contrasting delightfully with the elegant restaurant, the Paris Club Bar exudes the laid-back atmosphere of an artist’s studio.
