Situated perfectly in the center of Durham’s stylish and vibrant downtown scene, local partners Alon Gorbonos and Jonathan Dayan have created a unique solution to accommodating the city’s growing professional population. Occupying the two upper floors of 321 E. Chapel Hill Street, only nineteen individual offices are available for lease with several already being spoken for.

Durham specialists in Belk Architecture, worked alongside internationally known interior Maya Sheinberger to build out the space with both aesthetics and functionality in mind. DTI chose local artist Matt MahlerArt to paint a geometric mural throughout the common areas adding a dynamism that would mimic that of the Triangle’s thriving business community.
