to embody timeless elegance. The heritage charm and

The footprint of the house was decluttered and
reduced to create more functional rooms, opening up
harbour views, providing more structure to the living
areas and access to natural light.
A sophisticated monochromatic colour palette has
been applied to the interiors, clean modern detailing
gives the project a timeless feel with the blending of
