Laudescher's solid wooden panels (LINEA) have been used to magnify the interior architecture of the new restaurant of the starred Chef Christian Le Squer. Avant-garde and luminous, in the heart of the connections between town and railways, it will seduce train users and fine gourmets.

The interior architecture of the restaurant "Le Paris-Brest", designed by the Jouin Manku agency, is the result of a long collaborative process in which Laudescher's expertise in wood materials has been incorporated. It aims to attract travelers as well as residents or employees from the surrounding areas. The copper of the lighting elements harmoniously follows the wood of the ceiling, and undeniably sign Jouin Manku's architectural imprint. The objective was to turn this train station restaurant with about 130 seats, into a suspended place built like a jetty on the tracks and facing the city. It is to counterbalance the station's own affluence with an atmosphere of refuge that wood has become one of the flagship materials of this project.
