It is destined to be the meeting point for cheese-lovers and cheese culture and stands as the perfect place for anyone to enjoy highly specialised new cuisine.
The decoration project has assumed the identity of the brand and provided it with its own personality through a completely new and unique interior design.
The Poncelet hallmark can be sensed from the outside, with an imposing façade of a latticework of different-sized, diamond-shaped pieces of wood. The very architecture of the space also places special importance on the large cheese cellar, designed in the form of a diamond using materials such as natural oak or a terracotta mosaic to convey its great value; indeed, the interior contains the prized cheese jewels
