The white house multifamily building is a building located in a corner of Av. Grau and Abtao Street in Cercado de Lima - Peru. The lot, of irregular dimensions had 34 ml of length and 26.37 ml of facade width, and a total area of almost 950 m2.
Initially, the client required as uses in the land: in the first level a commercial area and in the eight contiguous floors, four luxury loft apartments per level. However, before starting with the design stage of the building, a project study was carried out to determine its feasibility. This feasibility study determined the maximum potential of the property, and based on this information, the best profitability and economic viability for the lot was defined and offered to the client.
What the client initially requested for the project, parking space was transformed for 60 cars, a gym area and children's games, and up to seven apartments per floor from the second to the ninth floor, without losing or reducing quality standards and complying with the building regulations.
