Restoration & adaptation of historic building Kazanlak / Bulgaria / 2018
The house was built in the early 20th century (1905-07), principal architect Nikola Zankov Prodanov. Its architecture is influenced by the Austrian style of Wienna Secession. The house is famous for the frescoes painted by the eminent Bulgarian artist Ivan Milev in 1925. Recently they were declared an art of national significance. Charming tower, exquisite ornaments of the façades turned the house into a landmark for the city.
