House G | monovolume architecture + design

The single-family house G, which is built in climate house standard B has two floors above ground, as well as an underground floor with underground garage. In addition it has spacious terraces, a swimming pool and a large garden. On the ground floor are situated the entrance hall with a cloakroom, a living - dining room with an open kitchen, a separate toilet, a storage room, and a modern concept of the local traditional stube. On the 1st floor, there are three more bedrooms, and two bedrooms .The main bedroom disposes of a private bathroom and a walk-in-closet. The entrance/access to the basement, where are located the parking, cellar rooms, a toilet as well as the necessary technical rooms, is done via a ramp. The building consists of two superimposed structures. The very slightly sloping terrain allows an access to the entire ground floor.The building has a steel and concrete structure, plastered in white. The building opens tot he garden thanks to the generous glass facades and therefor uses the sunlight optimally. Direct in front oft he glass facades are stored wooden slats. The roof and a part of the terrace in the 1st floor is made as a green flat roof.

Ein weißer Monolith
Das Einfamilienhaus G, welches im Klimahausstandard B errichtet wird, besteht aus zwei übereinander gelagerten Baukörpern und verfügt über zwei Geschosse über Erde, sowie einem unterirdischen Geschoss mit Tiefgarage.

Wegen dem nur sehr leicht abfallenden Gelände ist ein ebenerdiger Zugang des gesamten Erdgeschosses und den großzügigen Terrassen, dem Schwimmbad und dem weitläufigen Garten möglich.

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich der Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe, der  Wohn- Essraum mit offenen Küchenbereich, eine moderne Stube, ein Tages-WC und ein Abstellraum.  Im ersten Obergeschoss befinden sich drei  Schlafzimmer, das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über in eigenes Bad und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank.

Die Zufahrt zum Kellergeschoss, in welchem sich die Abstellplätze, Kellerräume, Gym-Raum und WC, sowie die nötigen Technikräume befinden, erfolgt über eine Rampe.

Zum Garten hin, öffnet sich das Gebäude mittels großzügiger Glasfassaden und nutzt somit das Sonnenlicht optimal. Den Glasfassaden sind Elemente aus Holzlamellen vorgelagert.

Das Dach sowie ein Teil der Terrasse im ersten Obergeschoss werden als begrüntes Flachdach ausgeführt.

Es wird ein Stahlbetonbau gefertigt, der weiß verputzt wird.

Un monolite bianco
La casa unifamiliare G, che verrà costruita nello standard casa clima b, si compone di due strutture edilizie sovrapposte con due piani fuori terra e un piano interrato con parcheggio sotterraneo.

Il terreno quasi del tutto pianeggiante permette l'accesso libero a tutto il piano terra con ampie terrazze, una piscina e un giardino spazioso.

Al piano terra si trovano la sala d'ingresso con guardaroba, il soggiorno con una cucina aperta, un gabinetto, un ripostiglio ed una camera da letto con bagno ed una moderna stube.

Nel 1° piano ci sono altre tre stanze da letto e due bagni, la camera matrimoniale dispone di un bagno privato e cabina armadio.

L'accesso al seminterrato, in cui si trovano i parcheggi, la cantina, la palestra e un bagno, oltre ai necessari locali tecnici, avviene tramite una rampa. Verso il giardino la casa G si apre con ampie facciate di vetro e utilizza quindi la luce solare in modo ottimale. Un rivestimento in listelli di legno contrasta con l’intonaco bianco. Gli angoli acuti, generati dalle giaciture dei volumi, e alle bucature. Dove necessario svolge anche la funzione di schermatura solare.
