FreeGate Apartments | Ceramiche Marca Corona

ENG- This nine-storey residential complex looking onto the ocean was inaugurated in 2018, and features a number of different Marca Corona collections. An ambitious, prestigious project, it is composed of 18 apartments and an attic, and features a modern system of ventilated facades to boost energy efficiency. The elegant wood-effect surfaces of Essences Extra were thus used for the outside walls of the building, creating a pleasant material and colour contrast with the masonry finishes and the large windows. To decorate the inside of the private homes, adding up to a total of over 11000 square metres, the choice fell to the marble-effect Deluxe surfaces, the metal-look Planet on the floors and the warm wood effects of Easywood. The quality and beauty of Italian-crafted ceramics are sure to appeal to the wealthy African clients.

ITA- Questo complesso residenziale di nove piani affacciato sull’oceano, è stato inaugurato nel 2018 e ospita diverse collezioni Marca Corona. Un progetto ambizioso e di pregio, composto da 18 appartamenti e un attico, che presenta tra l’altro un moderno sistema di facciate ventilate per incrementarne l’efficienza energetica. Le eleganti superfici effetto legno Essences Extra rivestono così le pareti esterne dell’edificio, creando un piacevole contrasto materico e cromatico con le finiture in muratura e le grandi vetrate. Per decorare gli interni delle abitazioni private, per un totale di oltre 11000 mq, sono invece state scelte le superfici effetto marmo di Deluxe, i pavimenti aspetto metallo di Planet e i caldi legni di Easywood. La qualità e la bellezza delle ceramiche Made in Italy faranno certamente breccia nel cuore dei facoltosi clienti africani.
