In an effort to forget about the presence of neighbors and protect from wind this building was created with two courtyards that help focus views on the undeveloped beauty of the valley below. The shape of the building also allows light on three sides of multiple rooms. Clerestory windows animate a bridge in the great room that connects loft spaces.

Architecture: Hoedemaker Pfeiffer

Interior Design: Amy Baker Interior Design

Contractor: Willkens Construction/ Nine Pine Development

Landscape: Kenneth Philp Landscape Architects
