The hotel is located in an 1852 Palace House located in the historic Barrio de Las Letras of Madrid, surrounded by buildings with character, at number 34 of the emblematic Atocha street.

The inspiration of the project is "the sale of dreams", that is, to turn a palace into the best of our houses.

The new hotel has 35 rooms distributed in 5 floors: 5 Deluxe rooms, 8 Premium, 10 Junior Suites, 6 Suites, 3 Master Suites and 2 Cool Suites. At the same time, 2 esthetics survive in the hotel; one more casual and another more sophisticated. It also has large common areas, taking center stage the interior courtyard, where you can enjoy a garden area with a pool and a bar space.

The space is characterized by its neutral colors and the infinity of details that make it an intimate and unique environment.

We are welcomed by an old carriageway, where the moldings and marqueterías ennoble the main access, leaving the back access to the interior patio. The reception of the hotel, is located in one of the main spaces of the building, consisting of a large original staircase rehabilitated, and topped by a skylight that illuminates it naturally. It intervenes in it with a vertical illumination that emphasizes and enhances its height.

Upon entering the rooms, we find some surprising rooms for their size and details. They have comfortable and sophisticated furniture, where the bed is supported by a large headboard that allows to integrate the wardrobes of each room. On both sides of the bed, we have a warm lighting of paper lamps with brass details. In the same way, the bathrooms are treated, taking care of and praising the details. The wooden floors, and the decorative moldings and wallpaper, give these rooms an extraordinary warmth that make these large spaces feel welcoming.

For all this, it becomes a space where we can feel comfortable at home, making the stay an unrepeatable moment.
