The cafe is located in the Middle Volga region of Russia, in the city of Samara in the historical center. It is located on the 1st floor and consists of two halls, the main one and the tasting one.
The interior is created with original elements of decor - the “looks” of youth Italy, of different eras. The main focus is an unusual pizza-oven - in the form of the head of Hercules. In which Roman pizza is prepared, right in the mouth. The head is so big that it rests against the ceiling, how did you put it, ask?

On the ceiling is a readable chandelier in the form of the letters Gioventù, and opposite each letter there are ambiguous images of guests that are revealed in the Italian cafe Robbi. We were inspired by the facades of the Cathedral of San Lorenzo in Genoa, and moved a piece of marble and graphite to the floor of the cafe, as a result, the interior is read immediately. A large wine cabinet, with literature, as part of the library, in the building of which there is a Robby cafe. When choosing books for the project, in the bookseller, I accidentally ran into the same visitor, he was a foreigner and lived for several years in Russia, on that day he brought all his foreign books for sale, with surprise, I immediately bought everything. It was a coincidence! Western literature unusual for our readers, covers, and format have added an accent of Western culture.
The contact bar, with the visually crowded atmosphere of the decor, is available for tasting designer cocktails that you will not try in any other institution in Samara.

The menu is the favorite Italian dishes in the modern author's interpretation, imperial Hasan oysters and scallops, Roman pizza - thin, with a crispy crust and ten varieties of fillings, brusquets, finger-food, harmoniously combined with various types of alcoholic beverages: sparkling wines, "quiet" wines, with beer, strong alcohol. Dinner may consist of a large number of snacks of different types and, for example, good wine, without which the Italians do not represent the meal. This particular concept, unique to Samara, allowed the brand to the chef and sommelier to realize creative talents and knowledge in joint work on the project.
