O grande desafio deste projeto era nosso orçamento inicial. O cliente estipulou um teto de investimento.

Para isso, manteve-se o piso oferecido pela construtora como forma de não elevar custos.

Outra mudança significativa no projeto foi a eliminação de um balcão que dividia a cozinha com a circulação para área intima do apartamento. No lugar criamos um grande volume de madeira em ipê amarelo que marca a chegada no apartamento e faz o encaminhamento para a parte social. Ao mesmo tempo, esse plano de madeira possibilitou a relocação do refrigerador dentro da cozinha e, com isso, se consegue um bom zoneamento de funções.

Durante os estudos de layout observamos que a inversão do jantar com a sala social geraria uma melhor configuração do espaço. Assim, conseguimos um móvel de TV com uma configuração mais generosa e que contemplou até uma lareira ecológica.

The big challenge of this project was our initial budget. The client has stipulated an investment ceiling.
For this, the floor was maintained by the construction company as a way of not raising costs.
Another significant change in the project was the elimination of a balcony that divided the kitchen with the circulation to the apartment's intimate area. In place we create a large volume of wood in yellow ipê that marks the arrival in the apartment and makes the referral to the social part. At the same time, this plan of wood made it possible to relocate the refrigerator inside the kitchen, and with that, a good zoning of functions is achieved.
During the layout studies we observed that the inversion of the dinner with the social room would generate a better configuration of the space. So we got a TV set with a more generous configuration and even contemplated an ecological fireplace.
