Private house Houston Street

ENG - Located in the Houston Street, one of the main road in Lower Manhattan, this private apartment is characterized by a strong scenic impact: modern and essential at the same time.
The ventilated facade has been completed with the Matrice collection by CEDIT (Sostanza color) combined with the B&W series by Floor Gres (Black Matte color) – used for the exterior sidewalks and wall application. The entire building is enhanced by wide windows which alternate with the porcelain slabs.
The protagonists of the interior spaces are the Wooden Tile collection – used as floor in the kitchen, bedrooms and corridors – and Matrice by CEDIT. In the bathrooms, the I Classici di Rex surfaces and the Styletech collection by Floor res have been used, while the lobby has been decorated with a combination between marble and concrete effects using the I Classici di Rex collection together with Matrice by CEDIT.
The technical performances of the Industrial collection by Floor Gres are the ideal solution for the outdoor spaces, such as the rooftop, terraces and backyard.

ITA - situata sulla Houston Street, una delle principali arterie di Lower Manhattan, questa abitazione privata colpisce immediatamente per il suo forte impatto scenico: moderno ed essenziale ma allo stesso tempo elegante. Per la realizzazione della facciata ventilata è stata utilizzata la collezione Matrice di CEDIT (colore Sostanza) combinata con la serie B&W del marchio Floor Gres (colore Black Matte) – utilizzata per i camminamenti esterni e per le finiture. Tutto l’insieme viene valorizzato inoltre da vetrate che si intervallano alle superfici ceramiche. Protagoniste degli spazi interni sono le serie Wooden Tile (colore Almond) – che veste i pavimenti del soggiorno-cucina, delle camere e dei bagni – e Matrice di CEDIT (colore Forma). Nei servizi trovano spazio anche le superfici Rex con la collezione I Classici e l’effetto legno-metallo di Floor Gres con Styletech (Metal/style_02). L’atrio di ingresso vede il prezioso abbinamento materico marmo-cemento della serie I Classici di Rex (Calacatta Gold) insieme a Matrice di CEDIT (Sostanza). Le performance tecniche della serie Industrial di Floor Gres trovano invece espressione nelle parti più “esposte” dell’abitazione, l’attico esterno, le terrazze e il giardino.
