It has been a project matured for almost a year before its execution.
Elsa and Cristobal took the time to choose the materials and finishes that were best for them.
We totally added to their good taste and they also took our recommendations.
Our priority, as always, is that between maximum light and the use of natural materials.
The windows are one sheet and the finishes are clear, which maximizes light.
A solid oak parquet (spike slats) covers almost the entire floor, except for wet areas. Other striking elements are the sliding wooden doors that have found a second life in this house.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, laundry, two bathrooms, living room-kitchen and a small balcony.
Thank you very much to all those who have participated in the realization.
