A residência situada no Residencial Aldeia do Vale em Goiânia, teve um Ipê Amarelo centenário como elemento principal para a definição do partido arquitetônico. No terreno longilíneo, de 25m de frente por 100m de profundidade, o acesso à casa se dá por uma passarela que nos leva à entrada principal. Ao cruzar a porta, a casa se revela sem pormenores: toda a parte social se integra ao lazer e ressalta a amplitude e usabilidade dos espaços. Do outo lado, a circulação leva aos quartos garantindo privacidade ao setor íntimo.

HOUSE OF THE YELLOW IPÊ

The residence located in the Residencial Aldeia do Vale in Goiânia, had a centennial Yellow Ipe as the main element for the definition of the architectural party. In the longilineal terrain, of 25m of front by 100m of depth, the access to the house takes place by a catwalk that takes us to the main entrance. When crossing the door, the house reveals itself without details: the whole social part integrates to the leisure and emphasizes the amplitude and usability of the spaces. From the other side, the circulation leads to the rooms guaranteeing privacy to the intimate sector.
