House Boat, l’affascinante appartamento firmato da Simone Micheli, che accoglie gli ospiti all’interno di un’atmosfera elegante, a misura d’uomo contemporaneo, con le sue mutuate esigenze e necessità.

Uno spazio dedicato alla ridefinizione del concetto di lusso, oggi concepito come innovativa
concretizzazione del rapporto tra l’uomo, lo spazio, il tempo e non più come opulenza di beni.
Eliminando il superfluo l’ambiente acquisisce rigore estetico ed il valore dell’esistenza emerge
chiaramente nell’attenzione posta verso ogni dettaglio.
L’ideale della vita in barca, sempre aperta alle nuove avventure ma perfettamente organizzata nella
gestione di spazi e nell’ottimizzazione delle funzioni si erge a principio guida per l'ideazione di House Boat, trasformandosi in pensiero avanguardistico in bilico tra futuro (design, innovazione, tecnologia) ed il fascino tradizionale dell’antica arte dei maestri d’ascia.
Lo spazio quindi si modularizza inconsapevolmente e moltiplica le sue capacità di soddisfare i desideri dell’uomo contemporaneo: nella zona notte, ad esempio, l’anta del grande armadio schiude un’area bagno completa di wc e lavabo, dedicata ai suoi ospiti, mentre, nella camera dei bambini, uno studio attento ed allo stesso tempo ironico di forme e spazi ha permesso il posizionamento di ben quattro posti letto.
I contenuti si ibridano con fluidità e le superfici si riflettono permettendo così allo spazio di ampliarsi, all’informazioni di moltiplicarsi ed alle funzioni di combinarsi; le forme lasciano alla mente l’opportunità di estendersi, dilatarsi, liberarsi e raggiungere lo stato di benessere globale. I colori vivacizzano l'ambiente acuendone la dinamicità, le forme degli arredi creano piani e livelli differenti che non cessano di sovrapporsi e ricomporsi sulla base dei cambi continui di prospettiva.
La bellezza del mondo fuori penetra all’interno dell’appartamento dalle ampie vetrate e genera sapienti commistioni tra sogno e realtà.
L’area kitchen e lo spazio living, il cui fulcro è costituito dall’ampio divano bianco trasformabile in un letto king size, creano un unicum organico con l’azzurro del cielo ed il verde del prato antistante. Una struttura in legno perimetra alcuni arredi e nella zona notte permette l’abolizione del confine tra dentro e fuori, naturale ed artificiale, offrendo resistenza, vigore e una chiara sensazione di piacere agli ospiti. L’area bagno è nuda, essenziale e dedicata a favorire l’espressione del livello più intimo dell’uomo spesso assopito o richiuso dentro innumerevoli gusci di quotidianità.
House Boat dunque si presenta come la traduzione tangibile dell’ideale di vita in barca, accogliendo comodamente in soli 65 mq ben 8 posti letto.

L’appartamento è stato presentato per la prima volta al pubblico durante il Fuori Salone 2018 presso il Lambrate Design District attraverso una mostra virtuale ed interattiva nominata “The Precious Apartment in Puntaldìa” in cui il visitatore ha potuto, grazie al potere della mente, muoversi all’interno dell’appartamento in modo virtuale e conoscere l’eccellenza dei prodotti realizzati da selezionate aziende partner di Simone Micheli.
Un progetto etico ed intelligente, quindi, che oltrepassa il concetto stabile di apartment trasformandosi in un vero e proprio show-room permanente volto a mostrare le eccellenze contenute al suo interno.

In the splendid landscape of Puntaldìa - in Sardinia - the architect Simone Micheli, designed
House Boat - a charming apartment for welcoming guests in an elegant, contemporary-style atmosphere for the needs of a contemporary man.

A space dedicated to redefine the conception of luxury, materializing the relationship between man, space, time and no longer conceived as the opulence of goods.
Removing the superfluous, the environment acquires aesthetic rigor and the value of existence emerges clearly in the attention of every detail.
The ideal of life on a boat, always open to new adventures but perfectly organized in the management of spaces and in the optimization of functions, stands at the beginning of the guide for the design of House Boat, turning into avant-garde thinking in the balance between the future (design, innovation, technology) and the traditional charm of the ancient art of master carpenters.

The space therefore unknowingly modulates and multiplies its ability to satisfy the desires of
contemporary man: in the sleeping area, for example, the door of the large wardrobe opens a bathroom area complete with toilet and sink, dedicated to its guests while, in the children's room, a careful and at the same time ironic study of shapes and spaces allowed the placement of four beds.
The content hybridize with fluidity and the surfaces are reflected, allowing the space to expand, the
information to multiply and the functions to be combined; the shapes leave the opportunity to expand, free themselves and reach the state of global well-being. The colors brighten up the space, heightening its dynamism, the shapes of the furniture create different levels that do not cease to overlap and recompose on the basis of continuous changes in perspective.
The beauty of the outside world penetrates inside the apartment with large windows and generates
clever mixtures of dreams and reality. The kitchen area and the living space, whose heart is the large white sofa that transform itself into a king
size bed, create an organic sigle with the blue of the sky and the green of the lawn in front. A wooden structure encloses the furnishings and in the sleeping area allows the abolition of the border between inside and outside, natural and artificial, offering strength, vigor and a clear feeling of pleasure to guests. The bathroom area is bare, essential and dedicated to fostering the expression of the most intimate level of the man, often drowsy or closed in innumerable shells of everyday life. House Boat, therefore, represent the concretization of the “living in a boat “ idea, welcoming 8 beds in only 65 square meters.

The apartment was presented for the first time to the public during the Fuori Salone 2018 at the
Lambrate Design District through a virtual and interactive exhibition called "
The Precious Apartment in Puntaldìa "where the visitor was able, thanks to the power of the mind, to move around interior of the apartment in a virtual way and know the excellence of the products made by selected partner companies of Simone Micheli. An ethical and intelligent project, therefore, which goes beyond the stable concept of apartment, transforming itself into a real permanent showroom aimed at showing the excellences contained within it.
