Il flagship Delvaux a Roma si trova in un edificio storico nell'esclusiva Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina.

Per lo store di Roma il leit motiv è la Domus Romana: il concept della boutique nasce infatti dalla corrispondenza tra la pianta dello spazio e l’antica disposizione delle abitazioni di epoca romana. Le collezioni Delvaux si articolano così tra Atrium, Tablinum, Peristilum, Triclinum, in uno spazio che si propone come una Domus Romana moderna, in un susseguirsi di ambienti che da pubblici diventano sempre più intimi, per un’esperienza di shopping capace di regalare un progressivo senso di esclusività. 

L’armadio Delvaux – un mobile icona presente in tutti i negozi e ogni volta reinterpretato in modo diverso nelle forme, nei colori, nell’articolazione dei suoi volumi – è stato riletto ispirandosi alle architetture barocche di Borromini. Una scelta, che insieme all’uso del fondo oro, rappresenta un vero e proprio omaggio alla Città Eterna.
L’elegante oro pallido ad affetto patinato, si ritrova anche nelle pareti decorate dall’artista Filippo Falaguasta, che caratterizzano l’intera boutique.

La VIP Room reinterpreta il Triclinum, la sala da pranzo di epoca romana: un ambiente dedicato a favorire un rapporto più approfondito con i visitatori che desiderano qualcosa di speciale.

Il risultato è un negozio dalla personalità distintiva, caldo e accogliente, ricco di rimandi e citazioni che accompagna l’ospite alla scoperta delle collezioni così come della belgitude di Delvaux.

The first Delvaux flagship in Rome is located in a historic building in the exclusive Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina.
The leit motif of the new flagship store is the Domus Romana: the boutique concept arises from the equivalence between the space plan and the layout of homes in ancient Rome. Delvaux collections are thus to be found in the Atrium, the Tablinum, the Peristilum and the Triclinum, in a space that recalls a modern Domus Romana. A succession of areas from public to more and more intimate: the result is a shopping experience that offers a progressive sense of exclusivity.

In this store the iconic Delvaux wardrobe - whose forms, colours and volumes are reinterpreted differently depending on the store where is located - has been revisited under the inspiration of the Baroque architecture of Borromini. A choice that, together with the use of a gold background, is a homage to the Eternal City. The elegant pale gold with glossy effect is also found on the walls decorated by the artist Filippo Falaguasta, which characterize the entire boutique.

The VIP Room has reinterpreted the Triclinum, the dining room of Roman times: a space for a deeper relationship with visitors who want something special.

The result is a store with a distinctive, warm and friendly personality, full of references and citations that lead guests to discover the collections as well as Delvaux’s belgitude.
