It is un complex of holiday homes located in Sardinia, divided between two hills that slope down to the beach. Each apartment (studio, two bedrooms, or three bedrooms) has an independent entrance and includes a bathroom, kitchenette, and private terrace or garden. The buildings, with a height limitation of 3 floors, are clad and painted in pastel colors typical of the Mediterranean. The choice of materials and furnishings, in harmony with the color palette, reflects the "Genius loci" of the Sardinian lands. I held the role of Project Manager for the external areas and Artistic Director during construction in collaboration with the LG&P studio.
