The plot of land is situated on a hill close to the sea, providing a splendid view of Mount Conero. The project develops from stone-covered septums which cut the landscape and create different frames in the various spaces that face east. The house, designed with bio-climatic studies, is optimized in order to preserve privacy and comfort, with relative energy and water savings. The septums are designed to keep the spaces open, very bright but also shaded, as well as to guarantee optimal ventilation and a recovery of rainwater, for the surrounding garden. The exterior features a large swimming pool and perimetral gardens.
