Hotel Gartner | monovolume architecture + design

The Hotel Gartner is located in  “Dorf Tirol” and stands for luxurious regeneration and relaxation with a breathtaking view towards the Burggrafenamt and a mediterranean feeling of well-being. These aspects also define the focus of planning the new fitness building, an exclusive hotel suite and some internal function adaptations. The fitness building will be designed as an autonomous structure and is considered as an additional offer for hotel guests. The fitness area includes a large fitness room, vitality showers, a snow room, a Finnish sauna, a relaxation room, a refreshment area and a hot water pool on the top of terrace. The relaxation room, the warm water pool and the panorama sauna open up with a sensational view over the landscape. The existing wellness area continues to be used and is located in the main house next to the swimming pool. The new exclusive suite will be built on the roof of the round building in the western part of the property and floats above the  lower located suites with a fantastic view of the landscape

Colori pop tra le montagne
L'Hotel Gartner si trova a Tirolo ed è sinonimo di rigenerazione e relax, si può godere di una vista mozzafiato sul Burgraviato immersi in una sensazione di benessere mediterraneo. Questi aspetti definiscono anche il fulcro della progettazione del nuovo edificio fitness, di un'esclusiva suite alberghiera e di alcuni adattamenti funzionali interni. L'edificio fitness sarà concepito come una struttura autonoma ed è considerato un'offerta extra per gli ospiti dell'hotel. L'area fitness comprende un'ampia sala fitness, docce emozionali, una sala neve, una sauna finlandese, una sala relax, un'area ristoro e una piscina con acqua calda sulla terrazza. La sala relax, la piscina di acqua calda e la sauna panoramica si aprono con una vista sensazionale sul paesaggio. L'area benessere esistente continua ad essere utilizzata e si trova nella casa principale accanto alla piscina. La nuova suite esclusiva si trova sul tetto dell'edificio circolare, nella parte occidentale della proprietà ed é sospesa sopra le suites del piano terra con una fantastica vista sul paesaggio.

Das Hotel Gartner befindet sich in Dorf Tirol und steht für luxuriöse Erholung und Entspannung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Burggrafenamt und ein mediterranes Wohlfühlgefühl. Diese Aspekte fließen auch in den Neubau des Fitnessgebäudes, einer exklusiven Hotelsuite und einiger interner Funktionsadaptierungen und -verschiebungen ein und stehen im Zentrum der Planung. Das Fitnessgebäude wird als autonomes Gebäude konzipiert und gilt als Zusatzangebot für die Hotelgäste. Der Fitnessbereich beinhaltet einen großen Fitnessraum, Vitalduschen, einen Schneeraum, eine finnische Sauna, einen Ruheraum, einen Erfrischungsbereich und ein Warmwasserbecken auf der Terrasse. Der Ruheraum, das Wasserbecken und die Panoramasauna öffnen sich mit sensationellem Ausblick Richtung Landschaft. Der bestehende Wellnessbereich wird weiterhin benutzt und ist im Haupthaus beim Schwimmbad angesiedelt. Die neue exklusive Suite wird auf dem Dach des Rundgebäudes im westlichen Teils des Grundstücks errichtet und schwebt über den darunter liegenden Suiten mit fantastischem Blick in die Landschaft.
