The building is located in a narrow and wide parcel that faces with its smallest façade an important boulevard but opens itself fully with its longest façade on a wide public space inside the urban structure that relates it directly with other public building that insist on the area.

“The volume is designed as many cubes overlapped: different residential units vertically piled up and slightly dis-aligned in order to give very single apartment a loggia or a balcony at least. This architectural solution also gives every unit a different visual perception on Tirana. The basement is entirely open to the city and hosts different commercial and entertaining activities that strengthen the connection of the building to the urban context” specifies Francesca Cesa Bianchi, Project Director di Stefano Boeri Architetti.
