Situated in the heart of the city, 152 Waterkant Street has been designed as an urban infill in the historically rich area of de Waterkant. This project comprises a set of apartments, each spread over 4 levels to maximise light and views, whilst respecting the urban fabric.
A subtle and sensitive approach has been taken with the front elevation to respect the local character. Carefully positioned windows and openings capture light and views to the front, while expansive sliding doors open to provide access to a generous outdoor living space that overlooks the city.
