This loft in Rome has seen the inclusion of some the most standout collections from Porcelanosa, L´Antic Colonial, Butech, Noken and Krion.

The refurbishment, which was overseen by the Fabrizio and Pierfrancesco Capolei Studio, has combined classic interior design with the most cutting edge designs through a blend of textures and colours.

With certain references to both musicals and film, this loft in Rome moves between classic and artistic modernity through the materials from PORCELANOSA Grupo. The Fabrizio and Pierfrancesco Capolei Studiohas used collections from Porcelanosa, L´Antic Colonial, Butech, Noken and Krion in each room.

In the living room, the bathroom and the kitchen, the colours that lead the way are: white, brown and grey. Rooms where the colour and texture combinations increase both the capacity and the options for the house itself.

Technology and nature under the same roof

This is exactly what can be seen through the Jersey Nieve wall tile from Porcelanosa, whose volumes match perfectly with the Spiga Topo wall tile and its brown and white Spike finish. The basin, bidet and shower taps; the showerheads and hand shower, come with the very latest in technology by Noken, with both mechanisms and options regarding responsible water use. (The Urban and Nk Concept collections). The Imperband Kit and the linear grate texture from Butech make water drainage easier, creating a space which is not split in two. The Krion Snow White EAST series should be added to this set, with its bactericide character which contributes to improving the quality of the environment, turning it into a sustainable and healthy space.

The Airslate Graphite wall tile from L´Antic Colonial contrasts with the furniture in this home, which sees the most minimalistic pieces come together with those which are the most majestic.

A return to opulent Rome.
