Adaptation of an existing commercial premises in the Európolis Polygon, intended for the installation of a physiotherapy clinic, in accordance with the Community of Madrid regulations for centers of these characteristics.

It is a small ship of the same typology that make up the Polygon. Built with concrete pillars and slabs, it consists of three levels, ground floor and two mezzanines that occupy approximately 50% of the floor occupation, connected by two flights of straight staircases. The place has a single facade with access to the commercial street through a glass wall on aluminum profiles. The fact that there is only one illuminated facade forces the search for partition solutions that allow light to enter all the rooms.

Finally, 4 cm thick cellular polycarbonate partitions are used on "U" shaped aluminum profiles. In cases where the 2.5 meter height is exceeded, an auxiliary structure of steel profiles is used, duplicating the polycarbonate skin to hide the structural frame. The upper and lateral finishes of the partition walls are made of white lacquered wood and / or aluminum profiles, while linoleum is installed on the existing pavement.
