In this ambitious challenge on an 876m2 plot and 390m2 of housing, practicality, timelessness and the occupant’s comfort prevail.

The originality of this project lies in the perfect symbiosis between the inside and the outside of the house. In addition to the feeling of spaciousness and continuity created thanks to its large windows of up to 5 metres in width, it is worth highlighting the installation of the same material inside the house and on the terraces.

Interiors: emotions through each space
On the ground floor one can find: the lounge, the dining room, the kitchen, the washing room, the guests’ bathroom and the bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, where the Avennue Grey Texture 659’6x59’ flooring by Urbatek has been opted for. A piece whose versatility and resistance make its installation on the terrace possible. The relaxation area, the garden and the pool, therefore, are connected with the interior of the house.

Also, in the interior part of the ground floor, the Morse Coal Nature 59’6x59’ through-body porcelain floor tile by Urbatek has been used. This impressive industrial-styled piece makes a contrast with the floor to ceiling woodwork, which is carried out in planks of walnut, with skirting boards in the same material, which creates a cosy atmosphere.

On the top floor, one can find the main bedroom with a dressing room, a fully-equipped bathroom, a bedroom with a bathroom and a living room. Rooms where the Metropolitan 40x40 by Venis has been banked on, both in the interior of each room and on the terraces.  This time in the shape of a raised floor on plots by Butech.

The kitchen: the heart of the house
The kitchen is the nerve centre of the house. A place full of life which is always in motion. In this space the interior designer has banked on an atmosphere where white dominates, along with the walnut wood and the glass fronts of the furniture. All of this put together with a nice combination of lights.

There is the large central island and here, the cooking area and the built-in sink play a leading role. A structure which has been manufactured with the KRION® Solid Surface Lux Blanco 1100 mineral compact, which is also present in the worktop.

The main bathroom: a haven of peace and quiet
The sanitaryware and shower are defined by a big crystal cube of different opacity. This material is combined with solid walnut decking and the ceramic parquet by PAR-KER in the shower and bathtub areas, as well as with wall tiles and elements in pure white.

The bathroom furniture, manufactured with the KRION® Solid Surface, and the textured Newport Natural wall tile by Venis, provide that touch of brightness and harmony that this space requires.

Regarding the bathroom equipment, some pieces from Noken Porcelanosa Bathrooms have been included, such as the Forma wall-hung sanitaryware, the concealed Irta shower taps, the Imagine basin taps and the Soleil Single hydro-massage bathtub.

Façade: material Mix&Match
It is in the façade design where the result of the study and the use of the interior space can again be seen. The idea of “two big cubes being joined together and merging in the same corner” creates a unique material blending which provides the materials used in the house interior with continuity. It is worth mentioning here the STON-KER Glace model and the Oxfort Cognac ceramic parquet by PAR-KER, both of them originals from Porcelanosa. And installed with the materials by Butech that guarantee the perfect placement.
