The project is located in the super high-rise twin towers of the Shanghai Bund Financial Center. The Bund skyline is unveiled, and the 360° invincible landscape is unobstructed with inexhaustible inspiration of the cultural heritage of the 19th century building on the Huangpu River.

As a landmark building on the Bund, the project is surrounded by a cluster of luxury shopping malls and adjacent to the Fosun Art Center, which is a “dancing house”, has been repeatedly reconsidered from the fine selection of the facade to the design form, conveying the resonance of architecture and nature which brings a totally different vision to the world-class leaders and it is undoubtedly the ultimate choice for the ideal office headquarters.

The interior design redefines the core value of the headquarters office. Through the concise and rational aesthetics, it shows the grandeur manner and also comfortable and meticulous humanistic care. The furniture in the reception area traces the essence of Chinese philosophy, and corresponds the rhythm of crafts, materials and color of the noble temperament contained in the Italian royal brand Poltrona Frau. Adhering to the design philosophy of “less is more”, the oriental traditional aesthetic concept and the future-oriented vocabulary is combined to describe a superb community in the air, triggering a sense of belonging and balance.

A wide, column-free space with great natural light breaks the traditional office planning flow line and realizes the flexible layout of functions through ingenious level analysis which is efficient and practical. Not only is the 180° extreme landscape reserved for the company's chairman, president and core executives, but also has high-tech conference rooms and independent offices of different scales, and create a seamless water bar area and a selection of public leisure areas to enjoy exceptional views with staff and clients.

A pure, quiet and delicate base, abandoning unnecessary thoughts and making it easier to focus on work.
