Collecting the spirit of popular architecture without renouncing an own identity, is the philosophy of this project. 
For this reason we propose a renewed vision of the way of building, without forgetting the identity, history and culture of the place. Points on which the research and analysis process was based for the design of this house located in the historical surroundings of the castle of Alaquas, locality of L'Horta Sud - Valencia.

The house is resolved on two levels, the ground floor is designed to share commun uses with family and friends and on the first floor all the most private uses of the housing program are projected.

A design where the comfort, light and flexibility of its distribution prevail, obtaining as a result spaces with possibilities of different uses, changing according to the needs and very comfortable to inhabit.

Recoger el espíritu de la arquitectura popular sin renunciar a una identidad propia, es la filosofía de este proyecto.
Para ello proponemos una visión renovada del modo de construir, sin olvidar la identidad, la historia y la cultura del lugar. Puntos en los que se basó el proceso de investigación y análisis para el diseño de esta vivienda ubicada en el entorno histórico del castillo de Alaquas, localidad de L’Horta Sud – Valencia.

La vivienda se resuelve en dos niveles, la planta baja alberga usos comunes para compartir con familia y amigos y en la planta primera se proyecta todos los usos más privados del programa de la vivienda.

Un diseño donde se prima el confort, la luz y la flexibilidad de su distribución, obteniendo como resultado espacios con posibilidades de distintos usos, cambiantes según las necesidades y muy cómodos de habitar.
