The hotel is part of an emerging new large area in the city. Right near it ATRIUM already designed and built an Expo complex, there are also projects of another hotel and housing from other authors on the site. The architects of ATRIUM chose the most comfortable and effective form for the rooms: the trefoil constitutes three not too long corridors attached to a single communication core. The windows of the rooms are turned in different directions, and the ends of the corridors are perfect for suites. In general, the volume interacts with the curvature of the nearby overpass and corresponds to the diagonal line specified by the adjacent building of the automobile showroom. Additional expression is given by the lower two floors of a less rigid configuration, including public functions: the cafe slightly protrudes forward, attracting the attention of guests and those who pass by the hotel, and on the second floor there is a terrace. Towards nearby Expocentre a block of conference room protrudes, which is adjoined by covered private patio separated from the public one. The withdrawing of a stylobate from under one of the ‘petals’ of the trefoil allowed to preserve the purity of the formal solution, avoiding the articulation with the entrance canopy.
