Turnkey bespoke interiors in an exclusive apartment in Locarno | TM Italia Cucine

A turn-key interior design that foresees the project of the kitchen, living room, night area and bathrooms characterized by an aesthetic continuity of materials and finishes, unique customized solutions and movable partitions in the living areas.

The design of the day area foresees the combination of Bronzo antico, Sicomoro wood, stratified crystal with bronze metal mesh. The living area extends on the spacious terrace facing the lake and is the central node of the apartment, furnished with freestanding library with led backlighting, custom-made table, suspended unit with open shelves in backlit crystal and T45 drawers with push-pull handle, boiserie in Sicomoro and frame in Bronzo for the snack area connected to the kitchen. The special suspended units for the home entertainment are custom-made and feature flap doors in technical fabric for audio-diffusion, internal compartment for the technological
equipment, structure and T45 fronts in Sicomoro wood, matched to the imposing freestanding library.

The kitchen consists of a linear composition of base cabinets that create a large operating area on the front, contrasting with the linear composition of columns that offer a large storage area. The structures are custom-made
and offset the non-orthogonality of the walls. The base cabinets feature drawers and storage compartments interrupted by functional open compartments. The fronts of G180 model with partial groove match the D90 doors with outside handles. The work top in stone features filotop hobs and undertop steel sink. The interiors of doors and drawers feature LED lights with twilight sensors. The doors of the columns are made according to G180 model with partial groove, creating a paced vertical compositive space. All the kitchen fronts are lacquered matte on customized colour, matching the chromatic setting foreseen by the architect. The furnishing is completed by the ceiling built-in hood.

The articulated internal partitions that give access to the various rooms from the hall, are characterized by special panels with customized tilt doors. The movable doors are lacquered matte on customized colour, matching
the chromatic setting foreseen by the architect.
The complex volumes of the master bedroom are furnished with customized furniture, matching the colours foreseen for the entire interior design project. The equipped wall dominates the night area with a composition of doors, drawers with various opening systems, lit open compartments that pace the surface. The lower unit of triangular plan features T45 drawers and open compartments. The spacious walk-in closet is characterized by full-height lacquered doors, interrupted by a precious central inlay in leather. They feature various internal modules and are equipped with push-pull handles and internal LED strip lights.

The bedroom furniture is custom-made with straight doors in noce Canaletto wood with grain-coupled effect, also for the internal structures. The furniture consists of dressers, chests of drawers, consoles and cabinets with push-pull handles, internal LED strip lights and various storage modules.

The three bathrooms foreseen for the apartment are characterized by different modules and combinations. They all feature a precious suspended sink in stone, furniture in noce Canaletto lacquered in special Rame, colour lacquered satin crystal. The master bathroom features double sink, double mirror with storage structure characterized by LED strip backlighting, internal colour lacquered partitions, crystal partitions and customized boiserie. All lacquered finishes are in customized colours.
