Clad in split-faced limestone, six luxury townhouses are arranged around a private entrance courtyard complete with a Ginkgo tree, feature lighting and landscaping. Each of the 2,800-square-foot townhouses benefit from private underground car parking, uniquely designed private gardens and landscaped roof terraces. The garden elevations have full height sliding glass doors and the courtyard elevations have frameless glass windows with openable iroko shutters for ventilation.
