Cabildo House
Casa Cabildo, Valladolid, Spain Valladolid / Spain / 2018
Connecting a two-floor house maximising the sense of an open, loft-like layout, whilst creating a space in which the activities of everyday domestic life can naturally take place enjoying a green terrace opened to the living spaces without the previous architectural barriers.
This approach allows the focus to fall on the combinations of materials and the detailing of the junctions, the pairing of solid bamboo wood panels and the light grey ceramic and off-white walls playing with ideas and contrast in terms of texture and tone.
