Il Residence Joia si trova a pochi chilometri da Bergamo, in una tranquilla location vicina alla città e, allo stesso tempo, immersa nel verde. L'hotel è costituito da varie camere, dalla più semplice alla più lussuosa. Caratteristica comune a tutte è il senso di privacy che si respira in ogni dependance: ogni suite ha un ingresso privato e il proprio spazio adibito a terrazza, con accesso diretto alla grande piscina centrale.

Per questo hotel è stata scelta la Collezione Klima 92, con il triplo vetro e un profilo in legno laccato color grigio di soli 92 mm. La personalizzazione dei fermavetro, dei traversi e dei pannelli inferiori ne fanno un serramento dall'aspetto classico e curato nel minimo dettaglio. L'eleganza del disegno richiama alla mente le ville di campagna della tradizione lombarda, mentre le alte prestazioni in termini di abbattimento termico-acustico che questa tipologia garantisce, rendono tale sistema di chiusura unico nel suo genere e altamente performante.

The Joia Residence is located just a few kilometers from Bergamo, in a quiet location close to the town and, at the same time, surrounded by greenery. The hotel consists of several rooms, from more simple to the most luxurious ones. A common feature of all is the sense of privacy prevailing in every dépendance.  Each suite has a private entrance and its own terrace space with direct access to the large central swimming pool.

For this hotel Klima 92 Collection was chosen, with triple glazing and a gray-colored lacquered wooden profile of only 92 mm. Customized glazing beads, crossbars and lower panels result in a window of a classic look, where even the smallest details have been taken care of. The elegance of the design recalls the country villas of the Lombard tradition, while excellent performances in terms of thermal-acoustic insulation  guaranteed by this typology, make this closing system both high-performing and unique of its kind.
