The young owner is convinced of the future boom of the Cabanyal and has found an opportunity in 2015. The bass was a real ruin that nobody wanted, something understandable because it had many problems of humidity.
The initial idea was to rent it to students. The neighborhood is close to the UPV, the Lanzadera and the beach. Requirements that most foreign students seek. Currently, the owner operates the bass as a tourist apartment.
The bases of the project were: 1. to take advantage of the space, 2. resistant materials and 3. economic solutions.

take advantage of the space: in 47m2 of surface area we have two double rooms, a bathroom, kitchen open to the living-dining room. In addition to two mezzanines and two small patios.
resistant materials: the floor is made of polished concrete, all the furniture is made of white stratified board, walls have not been plastered and the bathroom is completely tiled.
economic solutions: brick, polished concrete, cabinets without doors, sofas of pallets, coil table, concrete blocks seen, electric installation view, lighting with strips of LEDs, ...

The window frames are black PVC like all Jung SL 990 mechanisms.
The tiling of the bathroom is of the Dutch brand DTILE, it was chosen for its easy maintenance, its high resistance and its attractive design of course. The bathroom is covered by a loft, the collaborating sheet has been left in sight.

The Cabanyal is taking shape ... thank you very much to all who have collaborated in this project.
