Sabrab office Lisbon / Portugal

SABRAB was asked to remodel an office taking advantage of Lisbon’s wonderful natural light. The values for this intervention were contemporaneity and proximity to the client. With only two windows allowing natural lightening, and a square shape divided in small areas, the challenge was to create a common working space with an additional two individual cabinets and a meeting room. We decided to create an open space with irregular geometric shapes combined with distinct ceiling and floor texture as a way to cut with the previous floor plan. The privacy for workstations was achieved with the use of glass panels and an informal touch was given designing a play area with a pool and ping pong table which can be transformed into a more relaxed meeting room.
