The residential complex is located in the resort zone of Kiev known as Pushcha-Voditsa. Residential multi-apartment buildings jointly with clinker trimming and panoramic windows being proportional to a human being form cosy courtyard spaces with greened pedestrian areas inside. The complex is designed in view of a maximum preservation of fine wood – a few hundred-year-old oak trees are preserved on the site. Cars are located in the underground parking lots and in the open parking lots nearby the complex. Wide pathways on the territory of the courtyard, if needed, allow you to approach the entrances for ambulance cars, trucks and other special vehicles.

Apartments have a correct geometry with a free layout. The feature of the complex is a variety of apartments: in addition to a large number of options for typical apartments, on the upper floors some apartments have an improved layout and terraces; on the lower floors of the complex are two-level apartments of an unusual format – apartmentstownhouses with separate street entrances and a small personal green lawn.
